With over 48 years of experience in public adjusting, forensic accounting, and large-loss claim advocacy, Gerry Marshall is a respected leader in the insurance recovery industry. A University of North Texas graduate and third-generation public adjuster, Gerry has handled thousands of claims across Texas and the U.S., including complex commercial losses, catastrophic events, and high-value residential disputes. Known for his integrity, tenacity, and precision in claim documentation and policy analysis, he continues to set the standard for policyholder advocacy.
Max Marshall
President and Public Insurance Adjuster
A fourth-generation public adjuster and Texas A&M graduate, Max Marshall brings over six years of experience in public adjusting, forensic accounting, and large-loss representation. He has helped recover millions in insurance proceeds, specializing in business interruption claims and complex commercial losses. By combining innovative technology with proven strategies, Max streamlines the claims process while upholding the highest standards of ethics, precision, and client care.
Gatlin Grisso
Vice President - Head of Sales Division
Gatlin brings a strong background in business execution and leadership to Marshall Adjusting. He played football at Washington State University before earning his Master of Business Administration and quickly establishing himself in the solar industry, overseeing more than $10 million in development projects early in his career. Now serving as Vice President and Head of the Sales Division, Gatlin leads with intensity and purpose—ensuring clients are positioned to recover every dollar they’re entitled to.
Jordan Redfearn
Vice President of Adjusting Operations
Jordan serves as Vice President of Adjusting Operations at Marshall Adjusting, bringing a disciplined foundation from his time playing football at the University of North Texas. He went on to work as an Emergency Management Specialist with FEMA, deploying to every major federally declared disaster since 2021, including Hurricane Ian and most recently Hurricane Helene. Jordan now applies that real-world disaster experience, operational leadership, and field precision to complex insurance claims—ensuring our clients receive thorough, accurate, and well-documented recoveries.
Robert “Rob” Snyder
Claims Specialist and Public Insurance Adjuster
Robert Snyder graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. After gaining hands-on experience in construction and remodeling, he joined the firm as a licensed public adjuster in 1990. Over the years, Rob has managed claims related to major disasters, including Hurricane Andrew and the 1994 Houston flood, as well as numerous high-value claims across Texas. Rob’s dedication and expertise have earned him a partnership at the firm, where he continues to play a key role in its success.
Cade McCutcheon
Vice President of Agriculture
Cade McCutcheon serves as Vice President of Agriculture. He is the youngest $3 million reining horse rider of all time and has over 20 years of experience in livestock and agricultural operations. Cade has also appeared in the television series Yellowstone and was featured as a main cast member on the reality show The Last Cowboy. His background reflects extensive industry involvement and a long-standing record of achievement. We are excited to have Cade come aboard Marshall Adjusting as an honorary member of our team.
